Leek is a vegetable. It belongs to the same family as the onion and garlic. It can be used for cooking. Leeks have a mild, onion-like taste. In its raw state, the vegetable is crunchy and firm. Leeks are an excellent source of vitamin K.
They are a very good source of manganese, vitamin B6, copper, iron, folate and vitamin C. Leeks are also a good source of vitamin A in the form of carotenoids, dietary fibre, magnesium, vitamin E, calcium and omega-3 fatty acids.
We charge a flat fee of R95.00 for all deliveries with a minimum order value of R1000.
If your order is above R2500.00 the delivery fee will be waived.
Orders under R1000 will have a R195 delivery fee.
Any issues with your orders will be handled on an individual basis.
